Acacia Homecare Stockport & Manchester was opened in 2018 by director Amy Stone who has vast experience in providing care at home services as well as personal experience of looking after family at home. Our aim is to keep people comfortable at home in their own environment with familiar, consistent and well trained care assistants visiting. Staying at home is often preferable as it means people can keep their belongings around them, they can stay close to family and friends and not have to leave their familiar comfortable environment.

Our visits are from 30 minutes upwards, occasionally or every day, several times a day, or right through to 24 hour support and Live In care. We can support with personal hygiene, bathing and showering, continence care, mobility, medication support, nutrition and hydration, housekeeping, companionship and social support in the community. All of our staff are fully trained, vetted, DBS checked, managed and fully insured. They are carefully chosen, then they are trained to the highest standard and they have amazing skills to support our customers in the comfort of their own homes, making each visit a treat.

Our aim is always for compatibility of care assistants with our customers and continuity of care at the times chosen. Our service can be flexible for occasional respite care or longer term for everyday support.

We cover the whole of Stockport and surrounding areas and can cover further afield for Live In care support
