I have been to this lovely shop today. Jenny is so welcoming and helpful so are other staff there . I struggle to find ladies size 9 shoes (I am super tall) but they have some in stock and if not they will order for you . Amazing quality shoes , worth every penny . Highly recommend. Thank you .
Visited the Bramhall shop for the 1st time yesterday , it was very busy but eye contact was made immediately , was returning some Gabor boots for a different size , ( Xmas present ) , I also bought a 2nd pair in the sale . fantastic customer service by all staff , it’s rare now to get such personal service these days and they certainly excel in that area .
