The space
Upon entering the porch for coats, shoes and wellies, there is a hall way leading onto a kitchen diner , utility room, and access to the garage and back garden. The other side of the hallway leads you to a dining room which comfortable sits 8 guests with bi-fold doors opening out fully to a sun room with additional seating and 40 inch smart TV and access to the rear garden and patio.
Off the other side of the hallway is a downstairs toilet and extra large lounge with a large L-shape sofa , 3 seater sofa and revolving chair and 52inch Smart TV.
The hallway then leads upstairs with a spacious landing leading off to a large family bathroom with shower cubicle and separate bath. There are 4 double bedrooms off the landing , the large master bedroom has a super king size bed , large wardrobes and en-suite with shower cubicle and access to an impressive large south facing roof terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers overlooking beautiful uninterrupted countryside and mountain range .
The second bedroom has large wardrobes and a super king bedroom which can also separate into two single beds . This room also has views over uninterrupted countryside and mountain range.
The third bedroom also has a super king bed which can also separate into two singles , this bedroom has large chest of drawers and looks onto the front of the property which has mature gardens.
The forth bedroom has a double bed and large chest of drawers, this also has views over the front of the property .
The property has large 360 gardens adding to the privacy and tranquillity . Please note that the property has a double garage however is partitioned in half giving guests access to a single garage for storage during their stay.
Other things to note
The whole house is child friendly with baby gates and fire guards and other amenities on request.
