WELCOME TO THE FEMALE ONLY 6AM / SUNDAY CLUB. I’m unbelievably passionate about helping females feel amazing through fitness but more so, feeling comfortable to exercise in a female only environment. I pride myself on creating an environment that makes all women feel confident to join.
Creating exercise plans that suit all abilities but where you still see results not just physical but mentally too.
I run a 6am club twice a week, Tuesdays & Thursdays @ rise fitness Cheadle Hulme.
Tuesdays is very much lower body based strength training. We work on the same exercises for a whole 4 weeks, improving on technique & form. This allows Everyone to really understand the exercise & see yourself improve in so many ways.
Thursday is a mix of all body with an upper body focus, I take the same approach working on the same exercises in a 4 week block.
The main reasons I work in 4 week blocks is so everyone can BUILD CONFIDENCE. This is a massive part of fitness especially for so many of us females. When we don’t know where to start / stuck in a rut or just need some structure. This is where the 6am club will help you!
I also run a 8am Sunday club. For the early birds who like to get up and get it done. The mums who want to exercise early so it won’t interfere with the little ones or the ones who just a productive Sunday & the best way to start that, is by working out.
I also must add, Everyone who walks through the door never leaves. We’re a community. We make friends, we work hard together & WE HAVE FUN WITH IT.
