Julie Sinclair Interiors offers a bespoke curtain and blind making service for both domestic clients and interior designers.

 The Curtains

Beautiful made to measure curtains are offered in a variety of styles from the simplest pencil pleat to elegant, hand-formed headings.

 The Blinds

All types of blinds are available. From a standard Roman blind to Venetians, vertical, Duo, Duette and more! Many of which can be motorised. All practices, blinds and parts conform to BBSA Code of Practice for child safety.

All Roman blinds are supplied on a chain-operated track with a chain colour of your choice

 The Extras

To help bring your whole look together, those important details such as upholstered pelmets, cushions and all aspects of soft furnishings are covered. We also provide a wide variety of wooden and metal curtain poles and tracks.

 The Service

I will visit your home for an hour-long consultation where a full window measure is taken, where you can browse a good selection of fabrics or discuss your own choice of fabric, plus curtain or track options if you require them. As I hold a diploma in Professional Curtain and Blind Making, all items are made to an excellent standard, with quality lining and accessories. If you wish, I can arrange for a fitter to install any hardware. The final product is delivered by me, which is then dressed, steamed and bandaged to a professional standard.

Don’t be afraid to ask for something unusual – I recently made a roman blind from an extra duvet cover to match the bedding!

Curtain alterations are also undertaken.

I also make and sell a variety of soft furnishings (draught excluders, door stops etc), plus French memo boards, chalk boards (and hybrids of both!), which are available in my Etsy shop under “The Secret Beehive” – you may have seen my stall at various craft fairs in and around Poynton.
