Neurodiversity support for businesses

At ND Matters, we offer specialised training packages designed to help businesses create inclusive workplaces for neurodivergent employees. These training sessions cover a wide range of neurodivergence and provide businesses with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to support their entire team effectively. We currently offer:

* Introduction to neurodiversity – 1.5 hours, Max participants 20

* Understanding neurodiversity – 2.5 hours, Max participants 30

* Embracing neurodiversity – 3.5 hour, half day workshop, Max participants 30.

In addition, we run online post-diagnostic support workshops specifically for employees with a recent ADHD and/or autism diagnosis. These workshops provide practical strategies, emotional support, and tailored guidance to empower individuals both personally and professionally.

Receiving an adult diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD can be both validating and emotional, but often leaves you wondering, ‘What now?’ Our post-diagnostic support workshops are designed to help you make sense of your diagnosis, translating medical terms into something meaningful and relevant to your life. It is also a way to connect with others going through a similar experience.

Week 1 – Autism/ADHD/AUDHD and what it means to you.

Week 2 – Sensory differences & how they may affect you.

Week 3 – Education, employment, and the role of reasonable adjustments

Week 4 – What now? Navigating a neurotypical world

Each session is 2 hours with a 10-minute break in the middle.
