Your move will start with a meeting at your property or a ‘Valuation / Appraisal’ you can book this online or by calling our office. This initial conversation will be to find out what your plans and timescales are and then to make a plan on how we market your property to get you the best price in the current market.

Once you are happy with our discussion and proposal, we then prepare all the media (such as the professional level photography, detailed floorplan, HD Video, any aerial or drone shots and social media artwork) and once this is signed off, we launch your property to our target audience.
